Rice Pillow: Abdominal

This soothing abdominal pillow is hand sewn using organic, unbleached, cotton muslin fabric. It measures 7" x 12" and is filled to just the right weight with rice. This pillow is also great to use on back and joints.  

It is idea for use with castor oil packs. Or mist it with your favorite aromatherapy mist and use as a soothing pad. We of course recommend using one of the Haiku Apothecary mists. The "Vital Musk: Body Mist & Toner" is a favorite for grounding & centering. 

Pillow can be heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer for hot or cold therapy use.

Sold alone, or with a removable cover. Covers are 100% cotton and machine washable.
